Ansch, the goddess of coffee, bestows the gifts of alertness and energy. In exchange, she asks for the sacrificial offering of sleep.

She has many adherants and they pray to her in the morning. When Ansch is not present, the rituals of summoning her are difficult to perform. After she appears, the rituals are all much easier but then Ansch is already there.
