Aeolo is the god of everything but other gods. However, other gods want nothing to do with Aeolo. This only makes Aeolo more interested in other gods. This unfortunately makes the other gods even less interested in Aeolo, which further fuels Aeolo's pursuit.

Aeolo's desire for the other gods is sometimes so all-consuming that everything but other gods gets forgotten or neglected. When that happens, everything is in charge of itself and does fine. Or not. Everything either goes haywire or it doesn't.
